This Privacy Policy explains how asl (the "Application," "we," "us," or "Developer") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our iOS application and related services. By using the Application, you agree to the practices described here.

asl is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

1. Information We Collect

Device Identifier A device identifier (UUID). Security, fraud/abuse prevention, and enforcing bans of accounts or devices that violate our rules.
Purchase Information App Store transaction identifiers and purchase receipts for in-app theme packs. Verify purchases and unlock the content you bought. Payment card details are handled by Apple — we never receive them.
Diagnostic & Technical Data IP address, timestamps, and basic device/app information collected by our infrastructure providers. Operate, secure, and debug the service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app:

Apple In-app purchases and receipt validation. Purchase transaction and receipt data.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

4. Data Retention & Your Choices

We keep your personal data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

You can delete your account at any time inside the app: open Settings and use "Delete My Account Forever." This permanently removes your account and your posts, connection requests, chats, and messages from our database (typically within 24 hours). You may also request deletion or exercise other rights (access, correction, withdrawal of consent) by contacting us at the email below.

You can control location access at any time in your device's iOS Settings.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and the app includes a privacy screen to help prevent screen capture of private content. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
